Bambu Lab AMS - Automatic Material System DAR01228

Description Open a world of new, creative possibilities with Bambu Lab AMS. This makes it possible to print with different colors and materials. This allows you to easily print supports from fragile or soluble material, so you have to spend less time on post-processing.

Intelligent system
The AMS uses an intelligent system including a 32-bit MCU and a smart algorithm. It detects when the filament runs out and has a filament backup system. This system ensures a smooth transition to a new spool, allowing the 3D printer to continue printing undisturbed. This way you can print much easier and more efficiently and no unused filament remains on the spool.

The AMS also detects whether the filament has become tangled. At that point it will stop printing so you can solve the problem. By using Bambu Lab filaments, the AMS can identify which rolls of filament you have added. For filaments that are not from Bambu Lab, it is necessary to manually enter which filaments they are in Bambu Studio.

Always dry
filament The housing is airtight and absorbs moisture by means of a desiccant. A humidity sensor monitors the humidity in the AMS and gives you a signal when it is too high or when the desiccant needs to be replaced. This keeps your filament dry and always in optimal condition for good prints.

Up to 16 colours
If you want to print with more than 4 different materials or colors, you can do this by connecting multiple AMS. By using an AMS hub, you can print up to 16 colors and different filaments at the same time. Please note: you do not receive this hub as standard.

The 7 layers of this plate work together to deliver excellent performance. The middle layer is made of ferromagnetic spring steel to prevent warping of your prints. This is followed by an impact and corrosion resistant layer on both sides. Finally, both the top and bottom of the plate have a special coating for extra strong adhesion.

Other functionalities
This plate is specifically designed to print PLA at room temperature, preventing the extruder from overheating and preventing clogging. With only 50W consumption, this plate is a more sustainable choice than standard heated printing plates. To restore the plate's adhesion, simply wipe it with water. Description This BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier buildplate for Bambu Lab uses a revolutionary 7-layer design. This allows you to print at room temperature with excellent first layer adhesion. This makes it easy to achieve fantastic results without warping.

7 layer design
The 7 layers of this plate work together to deliver excellent performance. The middle layer is made of ferromagnetic spring steel to prevent warping of your prints. Also, the edges of the plate will not lift when making large 3D prints. On both sides of this plate is a layer that ensures improved adhesion between the spring steel and the top coat. This is followed by an impact and corrosion resistant layer on both sides. Finally, both the top and bottom of the plate have a special coating for extra strong adhesion.

Other functionalities
This plate is specially designed to print various filaments including ABS, TPU and PA at room temperature, preventing the extruder from overheating and clogging. It has a fine texture and good filament adhesion. With only 50W consumption, this plate is a more sustainable choice than standard heated printing plates. To restore the adhesion of the plate, you can simply wipe it with water. Your 3D prints can be easily removed by slightly bending the plate. The plate is 257 x 257 mm and is suitable for the X1/P1/A1 3D printer from Bambu Lab.

Please note: The Glacier buildplate can be used for PLA and PETG, but excels with other materials. If you plan on printing with PLA and/or PETG only, the Frostbite buildplate is also an excellent choice. It has a rougher texture and offers fantastic adhesion to PLA and PETG.
