123-3D.co.uk has the best prices in the UK. That's not just a statement, it's also a promise. If you've found an identical OEM product cheaper elsewhere, and tell us about it promptly, we'll match the price and deliver at our own cost.

Please note the following conditions:

• The cheaper product must be in stock or have a lead time of no more than 3 days.

• We'll credit your account for the difference to be used against your next order.

• The item you've found cheaper must be brand new, unopened and in original packaging.

• The site that you've found the item cheaper on must be accessible to the general public (so that we can verify the price and lead time), must not be affiliated to a manufacturer and must offer most of the OEM brands that are for sale on our site.

• This offer applies to OEM products only (i.e. ''originals'').

• 'Special-offers', clearance sales, auctions, liquidation sales, wholesale sales, demo models, Internet market-places, damaged products or products from outside the UK are not eligible for our lowest price guarantee.

• The price comparison is based on a combination of product price + shipping charge.

• Excluded from this guarantee are global price changes imposed by the manufacturers.

• In case of dispute the final decision regarding pricing rests with The Cartridge People Ltd.
