According to The Consumer Contracts Regulations, the consumer is protected by several safeguards and entitlements. The Cartridge People Ltd is committed to complying with this directive. As a consumer you are entitled to a fourteen-day 'cooling-off period*', whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason** within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus any additional charges for expedited shipping. This safeguard applies only where the products in question are unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us in full saleable condition. In instances where items have been handled more than necessary, The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to apply a deduction to the refund. For the avoidance of doubt, the extent of acceptable handling is the same as it would be if you were assessing the item in a physical store.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for returns items once the good have been received in our warehouse.

The guarantees on our various product lines are as follows:

In the event that you've purchased a faulty original or OEM product from The Cartridge People Ltd. please contact the manufacturer directly for further instruction. Many original equipment manufacturers require that the end-user initiate such returns procedures directly with them (but we will of course honour the guarantee if the OEM suggests that course of action). The warranty period is limited to 12 months from date of invoice. Please feel free to contact us with any queries you might have.

In the event that your compatible purchase is faulty The Cartridge People Ltd. will offer a lifetime warranty.

In the case of a faulty item, please contact us directly for a Return Merchandise Authorisation ("RMA") number BEFORE returning goods. This RMA number and a copy of the delivery note or invoice must accompany any item being returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The following conditions must be satisfied for a valid guarantee claim:

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card number provided on that specific order. If product(s) purchased from The Cartridge People Ltd should be returned for whatever reason, the customer shall return the product(s) to us under the following terms:

Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation ("RMA") number by contacting customer service. An RMA must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Customer shall return the products to The Cartridge People Ltd, along with the original invoice or delivery note (or a copy of either). If no invoice is to hand, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, invoice number and customer ID (if known). Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite a solution and allow us to contact you if there are any problems or concerns regarding your return.

Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, the items in question must be returned to The Cartridge People Ltd. The Cartridge People Ltd will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by The Cartridge People Ltd or replacement product is received. The Cartridge People Ltd cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If The Cartridge People Ltd determines that failure of the product(s) was not as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labour at The Cartridge People Ltd current labour rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. The Cartridge People Ltd will advise customer prior to assessing these charges. 

If no order number, invoice number, delivery note or RMA number is included, there will be a delay in the returns process. If you do not state whether you desire a refund or a replacement, a standard replacement will be issued. You will not receive a refund or reshipment if you use over 25% of the product.

We take back the WEEE products at our premises on a one for one, like for like basis free of charge. WEEE can be dangerous so never dispose of WEEE, batteries or bulbs in your bin. WEEE and waste batteries can also be brought to your local civic amenities site free of charge.

All products offered for sale on this site display prices both exclusive of and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate in UK.

Unless paid for via our secure online payment system, or otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of an invoice. The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to obtain a security interest in all products sold to the customer, and in proceeds thereof, until the customer makes full payment. A £30 collection fee will be charged for any and all dishonoured cheques. 
 

The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the rights to change the prices of any or all of its products without prior notification. Please note that both ex-VAT and VAT-inclusive prices are prominently displayed beside each product's order button. If a product has been incorrectly priced in error, The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders where a pricing error has occured.

'In Stock' means the product is in stock, here in our building, so if you order and pay before 17:30 (Mon-Thurs, 14.00 Friday) we will send the goods on the same day (Mon. to Fri.). If you choose to pay on account, we will dispatch your order immediately after any credit has been approved.
'7-10 day delivery' or '14 day delivery' means the item is not in stock in our packing warehouse at the moment, either because it is stocked in one of our other warehouses or we are waiting for a new delivery or we have just sold the last one. If you wish to order the product you can do so, we can have stock of most items within this time frame, after which we can dispatch your order. If there is going to be a longer delay, we will let you know. If you need to know a lead time on a  product that is in our external warehouse before you order, we will be happy to provide you with one. Please send your query to info@123-3D.co.uk. While we would love to have stock of every single item, all the time, it just isn't physically possible and some of the rarer products can be hard to source. We are of course subject to supplier and overseas delivery gremlins, but we try our best to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion.

The Cartridge People Ltd is based in Cheshire, where we have a 36,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse premises. We hold a very large stock of most 'runners' (i.e. the fast movers). Some items are such small sellers that we often don't keep stock of them, in which case there may be a 7-10 day or 14 day lead time. We use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries throughout the UK.

The Cartridge People Ltd liability for delivery shall cease, and title and all risk of loss or damage to the products as a result of misuse, or damage to personal property as a result of misuse shall pass on to the customer.

A 15 business day waiting period is required before any product shall be resent or any order be cancelled at the discretion of The Cartridge People Ltd, per customer request.

The Cartridge People Ltd warrants to the original customer purchasing such products directly from The Cartridge People Ltd that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. The Cartridge People Ltd, at its option, will repair, replace, or provide a credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, for a product that is determined by The Cartridge People Ltd to be defective. The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts. The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than The Cartridge People Ltd.

The Cartridge People Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose other than that the cartridge people ltd warrants that such products are suitable for use in the particular machine for which they are designed. Any claim with respect to such products must be made 30 days from the original date of shipment from the The Cartridge People Ltd premises and The Cartridge People Ltd shall have no liability thereafter. All warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than The Cartridge People Ltd or a The Cartridge People Ltd authorised third-party service provider. The Cartridge People Ltd, at its discretion, will repair, replace, or provide a credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, for any product covered by the foregoing warranty that is determined by The Cartridge People Ltd to be defective. The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

The Cartridge People Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and the cartridge people ltd disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, conformity to models or samples, or any warranties or indemnities against intellectual property infringement. in no event shall the cartridge people ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. all disputes arising out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein (customer disputes) shall be governed in accordance with English law. claims against The Cartridge People Ltd for shortages shall be deemed waived if not made within three (3) business days after receipt of the shipment.

We only sell to the end-user (and not to companies that sell or service printer hardware, printer consumables or managed-print services). Orders from resellers will be cancelled.

Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of The Cartridge People Ltd.

These terms and conditions, including those on the face hereof, constitute the entire agreement with regard to this sale and expressly supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale, including any terms and conditions on any of customers documents or purchase orders. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. In the event the customer and The Cartridge People Ltd are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable legal fees incurred.

This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. any additional, different or conflicting terms and conditions on any such document issued by customer at any time are hereby objected to by The Cartridge People Ltd, and any such document shall be wholly inapplicable to any sale made hereunder and shall not be binding in any way on The Cartridge People Ltd.
