User friendly
The convenient automatic functions of the Mars 5 Ultra make this 3D printer suitable for users of all levels. With just 1 click you can start the automatic bed levelling or let the printer perform a self-check. This way you can be sure that everything is ready to start 3D printing. When it is time to replace the release film, the printer will give a notification. Thanks to the COB (chip-on-board) light source, there is a consistent curing and the advanced high temperature protection ensures that overheating does not occur. When the LED temperature exceeds 80 ˚ C, the smart system will sound an alarm and stop 3D printing.

Convenience first
The AI camera helps detect and alert you to errors so your 3D prints don’t fail. You can also monitor your 3D printing process in real-time and create time-lapse videos. The smart mechanical sensor lets you know when there is residue left behind so you can fix it. You will also be notified when there is a shortage of resin and when there are issues with levelling. Efficient & intelligent
The efficient heated bed consists of 4 independent build plates with PEI coating. The plates are all 410 x 410 mm and can heat up to a maximum temperature of 90 ˚ C. The plates can be heated up simultaneously within 17 minutes, after which you can start making your 3D prints. It is also possible to heat the plates separately. The position of the model is automatically recognized and heated. If you want to make multiple 3D prints at the same time, it is possible to mount 3 additional print heads. This allows you to print with 4 nozzles at the same time, with the same or different colours and materials. The powerful double-sided cooling fans improve the quality of your 3D prints and stop after the print is completed. This saves energy and extends the life of the fans.

High quality
The OrangeStorm Giga has an elegant and timeless design. The linear x-axis and y-axis rails provide extra stability and an extended lifespan. Thanks to the improved z-axis rails, the 3D printer runs smoothly and the automatic bed leveling is accurate. The upgraded nozzle can handle a maximum temperature of 300 ˚ C, which makes this 3D print suitable for printing various materials, such as PLA, PETG and TPU. The 60 W ceramic heater and the chrome-zirconium-copper nozzle ensure smooth extrusion. The PID automatic calibration function of the nozzle provides even better control over the nozzle temperature. This 3D printer comes standard with a 0.6 mm nozzle.

Other functionalities
You can easily control this 3D printer via the 7 inch HD touchscreen. Handy features such as filament detection and power loss recovery make it easier to make the perfect print.

User friendly
The quick release design makes it easy to remove and replace parts. The replaceable retaining screws ensure a clog-free design and the dual pouring troughs make it even easier to pour resin from the tank. Use the reliable draining rack to work cleanly and safely. Switch between fast and slow print modes in an instant to match the speed to your needs.

Easily monitor the printing process in real time with the improved camera. The built-in light makes it possible to monitor your 3D print during the day and in the evening or to make time-lapse videos. In addition, a notification is given when the print deforms or when the build plate is empty. The exposure time of the different sections can be set separately, so that the optimal settings can be found, and PFA release film does not stick.

Safety
For added safety, the 3D printer automatically pauses and alerts when the LED temperature exceeds 80 ˚ C. It is also possible to resume 3D printing after a power failure and the Saturn 4 Ultra can perform a quick self-test to ensure everything is working properly.

Other functionalities
It is possible to control multiple 3D printers, making workflows even more streamlined. Thanks to the laser-engraved build plate, there is a strong bed adhesion, which means that 3D prints are less likely to deform or detach. However, 3D prints can be easily removed when they are finished.
