Delivery

We deliver items using Evri and DPD on a fully tracked service. You should receive email updates on the location of your parcel and this should also give you the ability to manage your delivery.

If you're not home when the initial delivery arrives, the courier will leave a calling card which will often include the driver's contact details. The driver will then either attempt delivery with a neighbour if they are able to do so or will try and redeliver next day.
