Delivery

All packages are shipped from our warehouse via Evri or DPD. It is possible that packages might be left with a neighbour or colleague (though it shouldn't be without the client permission).

In the event that you don't recognise the recipient's name or have not received your order please forward your tracking mail directly to your local depot asking them to explain the situation to you. If you do not receive a prompt reply, please contact our customer service. We can then start a follow-up investigation with the carrier for you.
