  • High wear resistance due to hardened steel chamber and compression screw
Specifications
Brand: MAHOR-XYZ Our item no: DAR02412
Hazard class: n/a
Industrial performance for demanding applications
The M8-PRO-HS is equipped with a hardened steel chamber, which ensures high wear resistance and thermal stability. The hardened steel compression screw with integrated 8 mm coupling guarantees efficient power transmission and a long component life. These features make the extruder particularly suitable for processing high-performance and abrasive materials such as nylon, polycarbonate, and fiber-reinforced plastics.

Advanced heating technology
The Ceramic Heating Core (CHC) system provides even, 360° heat distribution around the hot end, resulting in consistent material extrusion. The included silicone sock improves thermal insulation and prevents heat loss, contributing to a stable and reliable printing process.

Powerful and precise drive
The extruder is equipped with a Nema 17 stepper motor with a 10:1 reduction gear, which ensures high torque and precise control over material flow. This configuration enables high-precision printing, even with complex geometries or when using materials with variable viscosity.
