Description Use Creality 3D's UW-01 Washing & Curing Machine to wash or cure your resin prints. The machine is suitable for large objects thanks to the washbasin of 190mm x 154mm x 200mm. You can wash your print separately or together with the base plates in the drying rack. The washing/curing machine has 18 built-in UV LED lamps and is compatible with most resin printers. The cure device has a 360° rotating platform, so that the print cures evenly and quickly. The machine stops immediately when the valve is removed during the curing process. This Creality 3D UW-01 is equipped with user-friendly buttons, a large LED screen and 3 washing and curing speeds.

Anycubic Wash & Cure 3 Plus

Description Speed up the post-processing of your 3D prints by using the Wash & Cure 3 Plus from Anycubic. This Wash & Cure machine has a larger capacity than previous Anycubic Wash & Cure machines. It has a large capacity of 7.6 liters and can wash and cure a 3D print of up to 228 x 128 x 260 mm. It is possible to clean the 3D print by placing it in the supplied basket or by hanging it from the top.

Higher quality
The design uses an innovative Flexicure light with a gooseneck, which increases the energy value by 30,000 W/cm². This results in improved curing in crucial areas, such as the top of your print and other hard-to-reach parts. The Wash & Cure 3 Plus uses a new setup, which cures 3D prints 20% more uniformly. This allows for more precise curing, resulting in greater consistency and higher quality.

Efficient & fast
The basket in which you can place your 3D model for cleaning is made of double-layer PP and supports washing parts with the build plate. In addition, you will never have problems with rust on the basket, because this material is rust-free. The basket comes with two heights at which you can adjust it: 150 mm and 250 mm. This allows the cleaning alcohol to be used more efficiently. The new two-layer curing platform also gives the option to cure a larger number of smaller 3D prints at once. This will speed up your 3D printing process significantly.

User friendly
Both washing and curing can be easily selected. The goose neck light can also be turned on or off with just one click. The washing and curing time can be set between 1 and 30 minutes. The design is designed to operate more quietly, creating a comfortable working environment.

Big format
This machine has an impressive maximum cleaning capacity of 14.9 liters. The maximum size for 3D prints is 300 x 165 x 300. This leaves plenty of room for cleaning and curing one or more of your resin 3D prints. It is also possible to place a model complete with the building plate in this machine.

Efficient
The Wash & Cure Max cleans by using the 'spray cleaning' method. Your print will then be exposed 360° on a rotating platform, so that all sides of your model are evenly cured. The cleaning alcohol is used efficiently, resulting in savings of more than 50%. Due to the cleaning method, your print will still be thoroughly cleaned, without losing much alcohol. A 5 liter isopropyl bucket can clean up to 20 models.

Intelligent
The smart detection will identify problems and notify you. For example, this machine can register when you try to turn on the machine when the lid is open, no water is coming in or when the drain is not working properly and liquid remains in the bucket. This avoids any problems during post-processing.

Using high-frequency vibrations (40KHz) to effectively clean your 3D prints, the UniFormation Cleaner is made from corrosion-resistant materials for durability. Description The Uniformation Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station is a large curing chamber of 362 x 200 mm. This large size is ideal for curing large 3D prints or multiple smaller 3D prints. This makes this curing chamber also very useful for mass production and print farms.

Perfect curing
This curing chamber has 4 UV LED strips that are distributed over the sides. Thanks to the transparent 360 ˚ turntable, your 3D print is evenly illuminated from all sides. This way you get perfectly cured 3D prints every time. The standard curing time is set at 3 minutes, but can be manually adjusted to easily 30 minutes. To get even more out of your 3D print, you can use this machine to dry the print. The built-in drying system can be set up to 50 ˚ and between 0 and 15 minutes, so you can be sure that the print is perfectly dry before it is cured. The print is cured with 400 – 405 nm UV light.

Safety first
The 500 cm² carbon filter is magnetic and can be attached to the back of the machine. This makes it easy to place and replace. This filter ensures that there is less nuisance from resin odor, so you are assured of a safe working environment. For extra safety when using this curing chamber, there is an extra safety feature that prevents the machine from starting when the lid is open. In addition, the chamber has a plastic protection against exposure to UV light.

Fast dry settings

100% dry prints are a must! If isopropanol (IPA) remains on the model before it is cured, white spots and cracks can occur. With the integrated heating system, the drying time can be flexibly set between 0 and 15 minutes.

360° uniform curing

The curing machine is equipped with 4 LED strips that distribute a total of 24 UV light beads on all sides. In combination with the integrated 360° rotating disc, every corner of your 3D model is optimally irradiated with UV light.

The preset curing time is 3 minutes but can be adjusted between 0 and 30 minutes as required.

Built-in air purifier for an odour-free environment
