Description

The DyzEnd is a hotend with a titanium heatbreak, which means it can handle high printing temperatures very well. Temperatures of 500°C are achievable. The DyzEnd's compact construction minimises the loss of build space compared to other hotends.

A very hard nozzle ensures a long life, even with highly corrosive materials. A unique washer makes it possible to change the nozzle without heating up. High throughput speeds can be achieved with the DyzeEnd.

The Pulsar is a state-of-the-art and large-scale plastic pellet extruder. It is designed to print parts of 1m³ or more as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and can produce up to 500mm³ (2.5 kg/h) of material. The Pulsar is compatible with any large-scale 3D printer or even robotic arms.

The pulsar is designed with three heat zones. This ensures that the polymer remains at a consistent temperature. The upper part receives the cold pellets and heats them to melting point. Description

The Dyze Typhoon Extruder for 2.85mm filament can print up to 200mm³ per second (0.9kg per hour). The all-in-one extruder is specially designed for industrial 3D printers and is compatible with standard firmware. The extruder is equipped with a quad pinch system, which means that there is contact with the filament at four points. This extreme grip ensures that the filament does not slip and the extruder is also suitable for very soft and flexible filament.

The double heat zone ensures that the polymer remains at a constant temperature. The upper part receives cold filament and generates heat to melt the polymer. The lower part ensures that the polymer is at an exact temperature so that the output from the 1.2mm nozzle is even.
