Description 123-3D Own Brand Filament PA12 CF15 1.75 mm is a lightweight, durable nylon filament with 15% added carbon particles. It is known for its exceptional strength, stiffness, and excellent thermal resistance. It also has an improved layer adhesion and low shrinkage.

Applications: Ideal for making structural parts in the aerospace industry, lightweight and durable drone parts, advanced prototypes and functional models.

Please note: Due to the added carbon fibres it is recommended to use a hardened steel nozzle or ruby nozzle of 0.6mm or larger.

Description 123-3D Own Brand Filament PA6 CF15 1.75 mm is PA6 filament with 15% added carbon particles, which increases the mechanical strength. Moisture absorption is reduced by 50% and water is absorbed 4 times less quickly than with normal PA6.

Key Features:

Up to 180 ˚ C for max. 200 hours, up to 150 ˚ C for max. 20,000 hours
Wear-resistant and high mechanical strength
Good layer adhesion
Prints have high hardness and stiffness

Applications: Ideal for making functional prototypes, tools, gears and ring and plate seals that require increased resistance to chemicals and corrosion.
