Christmas Delivery Dates

Our delivery partners have informed us for 'in stock' items the last order dates for Christmas are 4pm 19th December

Please order as early as possible and note that these are estimates (for 'in stock items), as provided by our delivery partners. At this busy time they could take longer to arrive.

'In stock' orders placed after the above dates, may not be dispatched until after we re-open in January (2nd - 5th) as our warehouse team will be running at a reduced capacity over the festive period.

Our customer service lines will also be closed from 5pm 23rd December 2025 and reopen on 5th January 2026.

Orders where all items are listed as 'in stock' and placed before 4.55pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day.

Items ordered that are listed as '14 day delivery' are usually in our external warehouse and will take longer. Occasionally these items are on backorder with our supplier.

All shipments are sent on a fully tracked service and we do not have a collection option available.

Deliveries may take 3 to 4 days longer to arrive to the following postcode regions: IV, BT, TR, AB, DD, KW, ZE, PA, HS, PH, KA, IM, PO30-PO41. We do not currently deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.


Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver orders on Bank Holidays.

During any periods of postage strikes (with increased demand on the delivery networks during those periods), deliveries may take longer to arrive.
