What is 3D printing?

3D Printing is the process of building up an object layer by layer based on a digital design. A 3D object can be printed in two different ways; with plastic filament via an FFF/FDM 3D printer or with liquid resin via a Resin printer. Besides the difference in material use, the technique for building the 3D print is also different. Would you like to know which type of printer suits you best? Then read our article called: '3D printer vs. Resin printer'
