High precision for professional applications
The POP 4 uses 30 blue cross laser lines to capture highly detailed scans with an accuracy of up to 0.03 mm. This makes the scanner ideally suited for reverse engineering, CAD design, quality control, and parts reproduction. Complex geometries, deep recesses, and glossy surfaces are also reliably captured.

Multiple scan modes for each object
With five different scan modes, the POP 4 easily adapts to a wide range of applications. The Full-Field HD mode is ideal for faces, people, and objects, while the VCSEL mode digitizes larger objects quickly and without markers. Additionally, the scanner features a special Deep Hole mode for capturing hard-to-reach details. The maximum scan speed is up to 105 fps and 5 million points per second.

AI-supported and user-friendly
The integrated AI segmentation automatically recognizes the object to be scanned and removes unwanted backgrounds during scanning. This significantly reduces post-processing. Furthermore, the scanner supports export to common file formats such as STL, OBJ, PLY, ASC, and 3MF, making the scanned models immediately ready for 3D printing and CAD software.
