This high-tech filament combines a PA612 nylon base with carbon fibers and carbon nanotubes, making it mechanically strong, dimensionally stable, and electrostatically dissipative. Thanks to a heat resistance of up to 157°C (at 0.45 MPa), your prints retain their shape even under thermal stress.
Fiberon PA612-ESD is ideal for ESD-safe enclosures, jigs, tools, and other applications where electrostatic discharge poses a risk. Because the filament is dimensionally stable and exhibits minimal deformation, it is perfectly suited for critical industrial applications and functional end parts.
Please note: we recommend using a wear-resistant nozzle, such as a hardened steel nozzle.
