Smart desktop CNC for precision milling
The Makera Carvera makes CNC machining accessible to makers, engineers, designers, and small workshops. The machine combines a compact desktop size with professional features such as automatic tool change, automatic calibration, and an enclosed housing. This allows you to create precise parts, prototypes, engravings, and PCBs without having to make manual adjustments every time.

Automatic tool change and high precision
The Carvera features a 200 W air-cooled spindle with a speed of 0 to 15,000 RPM and closed-loop control. The automatic tool changer accommodates 6 tools, allowing the machine to independently switch between milling, drilling, and engraving. The resolution is 0.01 mm and the spindle runout is less than 0.01 mm.

Versatile in materials and applications
This CNC machine is suitable for metal, wood, plastic, and composites. Aluminum, brass, and copper are ideal; according to Makera, steel and titanium have limited compatibility and are not recommended for long-term processing. Additionally, the machine supports wood, MDF, plywood, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, carbon fiber, and FR4. The built-in 2.5 W diode laser is suitable for engraving in wood, plastic, leather, fabric, and cardboard, among other materials.
