123-3D Own Brand Filament PA6 CF15 1.75 mm is PA6 filament with 15% added carbon particles, which increases the mechanical strength. Moisture absorption is reduced by 50% and water is absorbed 4 times less quickly than with normal PA6.
Key Features:
- Up to 180 ˚ C for max. 200 hours, up to 150 ˚ C for max. 20,000 hours
- Wear-resistant and high mechanical strength
- Good layer adhesion
- Prints have high hardness and stiffness
Applications: Ideal for making functional prototypes, tools, gears and ring and plate seals that require increased resistance to chemicals and corrosion.
Please note: Due to the added carbon fibers it is recommended to use a hardened steel nozzle or ruby nozzle of 0.6mm or larger.
