Eligibility
To qualify for our Price Promise, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be identical, including brand, specification, size, colour and model number.
- The competing retailer must be based in the UK and sell directly to UK customers.
- The product must be brand new and supplied in original manufacturer packaging.
- The competing retailer must have the product in stock, or available for dispatch within 3 working days.
- The comparison must include any delivery charges payable to the competing retailer.
- The claim must be submitted within 3 days of your order being placed with us.
Exclusions
Our Price Promise does not apply to:
- Marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and similar platforms).
- Auction websites.
- Clearance, liquidation or closing down sales.
- Refurbished, ex-display or used products.
- Wholesale, trade-only or membership pricing.
- Pricing errors or obvious mistakes.
- Products supplied from outside the UK.
- Special promotional, voucher or bundle offers.
How To Make A Claim
To submit a Lowest Price Guarantee request, please email us at info@123-3d.co.uk with:
- Your order number.
- Your name and contact details.
- A link to the competing retailer's product page.
- Details of the product you would like us to review.
We may request additional information if we are unable to verify the competing offer.
Important Information
Any price match or account credit will be issued at our discretion following verification of the competing offer.
Price comparisons are based on the total delivered price, including any applicable shipping charges.
In the event of a dispute, the final decision rests with The Cartridge People Ltd.
