The sensor operates on 6V-36V DC, is an NPN variant/NO and has an internal pull-up resistor which makes it necessary to add a series resistor to the signal connection.
Wire colours:
Brown: +V (12V)
Black: Output (to series resistor 10k)
Blue: 0V (gnd)
